Hard karate moves12/14/2023 Still, we can incorporate full power impact training by alternating between partner live drills/sparring, and heavy impact work. Full power impact training is not appropriate to be practiced on a partner. Of course, when we train with a partner we have to keep them safe. Step 4: Incorporate impact training in your Live Drills / Sparring The goal is to get to a point where you can hit hard regardless of the situation.
